Job Frank Hall, the son of Joshua Hall and Elizabeth Moore, was born in Sheffield on 15th May 1851. He married Mary Emma Turner (born around 1856 in Eccleshall) around June 1881 and they had four children:
Mary Hall, born around 1883 in Sheffield
Albert J Hall, born around 1884 in Sheffield
Jessie Hall, born around 1886 in Sheffield
Walter Hall, born around 1888 in Sheffield
Mary Emma Hall died around December 1888 in Sheffield. The 1891 Census records Job Frank as a widowed silver and electroplate manufacturer aged 38 living with his four children in Abbey Lane, Eccleshall Bierlow. His mother Elizabeth Hall and aunt, Sarah Moore, were staying with him at the time.
Around June 1892 Job Frank remarried Charlotte the widow of his cousin Daniel Hall (son of his aunt Sarah Hall). He died in Sheffield around June 1919 aged 68 years.
